Welcome to GEEKS SYSTEMS, located in Kunnamkulam, Kerala. By purchasing or availing services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Brands

  • We deal in multi-branded laptops, gaming PCs, and accessories (including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.).
  • All new products sold carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. We are not the brand owner, but we assist customers in claiming warranty through authorized service centers.
  • Product images, specifications, and features are for reference. Actual products may vary slightly depending on availability and brand updates.

2. Warranty & Service

  • If a product is under manufacturer warranty, we will guide and assist the customer in submitting it to the authorized service center.
  • If a product is out of warranty, we provide our own repair and service support at additional cost.
  • Customers are requested to retain the bill/invoice for warranty claims.
  • We are not liable for manufacturer decisions regarding warranty approval or rejection.

3. Returns & Replacement

  • We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for products purchased from us, subject to the following:
  • Product must be returned in original condition with packaging, invoice, and accessories.
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or major issues.
  • After 7 days, all issues will be handled under brand warranty or paid service.

4. Payments

  • We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), and Bank Transfer.
  • Payment must be completed before delivery/dispatch.

5. Delivery & Courier

  • Home delivery is available within our service area.
  • For courier delivery, customers may choose courier insurance at an additional cost. We are not responsible for any loss/damage in transit if insurance is not taken.
  • Currently, delivery is provided only within Kerala and mainly for our known clients.

6. After-Sales Support

  • We provide basic installation, setup, and consultation for our customers.
  • We also offer lab services at home (within reasonable distance from our shop).
  • Software installation or third-party applications are customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are an independent retailer and service provider. We are not directly affiliated with any brand unless mentioned.
  • All manufacturer logos, brand names, and warranties belong to their respective owners.
  • We are not liable for delays, defects, or rejections in service/warranty provided by the brand.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must back up their data before handing over any device for service. We are not responsible for data loss.
